Exquisite In-House Cuisine

A Culinary Impression That Lasts

Atmosphere sets the stage, but the cuisine lives on in the memory.

At Villa Grant, every dish comes to life in our professional in-house kitchen, where our artisan breads and fine pastries are freshly baked on-site every day.

“The cuisine was simply perfect: refined dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and elegantly presented. From appetizers to desserts, every course was crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the taste and variety of the menu, something you certainly can't take for granted at a wedding. The quality of the food deserves a glowing review all on its own!”

The Art of In-House Gastronomy

We have always prioritized in-house preparation led by professional chefs, sourcing and crafting ingredients grown directly on our agricultural estate alongside carefully selected local produce.

Our agricultural estate produces its own Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ancient grains, and seasonal vegetables, ensuring the highest possible quality from farm to table. Furthermore, we directly oversee all artisan baking and pastry-making, bringing fresh, authentic flavors to your wedding banquet.

A Menu for Every Guest

We design tailored culinary solutions for guests with allergies, gluten-free requirements, and vegan or vegetarian lifestyles.

Dietary restrictions and specific health requests are managed with the utmost care and precision. When a vegan menu is requested, we ensure it is flawless, creative, and appetizing, maintaining the same level of excellence as our traditional signature dishes.

“A special mention must go to the care shown for guests with food sensitivities, allergies, or special dietary requests. We had celiac and vegan guests, as well as friends with multiple food sensitivities; specific alternative menus were prepared for them, and everyone was extremely satisfied. Even for one of our photographers, whom we discovered was vegan on the day, the kitchen team had no problem preparing a dedicated menu right then and there.”
